The due diligence process includes: • analysis of the national and local real estate market • study of sociodemographic trends to ensure the property is suitable for local demand • property return potential • rental and sales performance analysis, including comparable local properties *site visit to assess property condition and renovation needs • verification of the legal status of the property The decision to invest in a property is made by the Mizar state Investment Committee. Then, the property is purchased using your own funds (which are later recovered with the investments received), remember that mizarstate pays you up to 300% of your investment including your investment, thanks to this business model the properties become assets and capital for our company.
